Before you book
How is your price different from other packers and movers?+
We give you a written, itemised quote before confirming a vendor — covering labour, packing material, transport and GST. Most local operators only give verbal estimates that change on move day.
Do I need to pay in advance?+
A small token amount confirms your slot; this is adjusted into your final bill. The rest is paid after your move is complete and checked.
Is transit insurance included?+
Basic transit coverage is available on every booking. For high-value items, we can arrange additional coverage — ask on WhatsApp when you request your quote.
How far in advance should I book?+
For local moves, 3–5 days ahead is enough. For intercity moves, book 10–14 days ahead to get the best slot and vehicle availability.
Do you handle office or corporate relocations?+
Yes — we run a separate corporate relocation programme for HR and admin teams with recurring or bulk moves.
Is GST included in the quoted price?+
Yes, every written quote we send is GST-inclusive, so the number you see is the number you pay — no add-on charges at delivery.
Do you work on weekends and holidays?+
Yes, our crews operate all seven days, including public holidays. Weekend slots fill up faster, so book a few days ahead if possible.
Do you charge extra for stairs or no-lift buildings?+
Floor access is factored into your written quote upfront — we ask about lift availability before confirming a price, so there are no surprise charges on move day.
Is packing material included in the price?+
Standard packing material (boxes, bubble wrap, tape) is included in most quotes. Specialised packing for fragile or high-value items is quoted separately and shown clearly before you confirm.
What is your cancellation policy?+
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your move for a full refund of any token amount paid. Cancellations within 24 hours may attract a partial deduction.
What happens if something gets damaged during the move?+
All moves include basic transit coverage. If damage occurs, share photos with our team within 24 hours of delivery and we'll process your claim through the assigned vendor.
How long does a refund take if I'm not satisfied?+
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
What if the moving crew arrives late?+
We share a confirmed time window 24 hours before your move. If the crew is delayed beyond that window, let us know on WhatsApp and we'll follow up with the vendor directly.
Can I store my belongings temporarily before or after a move?+
Short-term storage can be arranged in select cities — ask your quote coordinator when you share your move details.
Do you offer night shifting?+
Yes, night slots are available in most serviceable areas, especially useful for office relocations that need to avoid business hours.
